I want to ask what is the best tyre for 14 inch rims? because my silverstone  M3 is suck and make the alignment lari even thought after go to manual alignment one. Have claim the warranty from silverstone but the new tyre also not up to par.

Last time I have heard about falken 912 which they say have a good grip during raining.

All I want is a good tyre grip during dry and wet and not to soft because of KL road "you know the conditions"

Any suggestion guys?

Hi guys, i'm deciding to get my first car with the price around 50-60k. Will do long distance travel nilai-penang once a month. Prefer a car with good handling so no myi for me although i like the interior design more than proton. I've narrowed down to only these two, saga flx se 1.6 or persona elegance h-line. Which one is a better choice? Or should i wait for persona replacement??

I thought it was supposed to launch in March this year. Hurm.. can only wait until Apr cause need to use the new car starting June 12.

Some hardcore ICE junkies doesn't log into this forum. The older BLM is easy due to the space in the boot and also the fact that the dashboard can accommodate either a single DIN or a 2-DIN unit without making much customization.

The newer FL/FLX with steering controls however is a bit hard. This was due to the fact that the steering audio control somehow only works only with the stock unit. lol But other things such as wiring, speaker set up, woofer positioning, etc are relatively easy to be done because space isn't much of a concern.

hows the sound quality of the standard setup?? coz in any perodua i go into, they have this terrible stereo, which 2 me, isnt tolerable at all..

the old waja?? the cps included?? coz i drive the waja cps very regularly, it is my company car.. engine n road noise is very apparent 2 me..

i see.. but i think its down 2 the engine as well.. coz as we all know, the cps engine isnt known 2 be the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes 2 being quiet.. its quite a vocal engine, n not a very nice sound at that..

but watever it is, have 2 give kudos 2 proton 4 making an effort 2 produce an engine.. n now wit the cfe, theyre even keeping up wit the trend of downsizing wit forced induction..

Do ALL 1st batch CVT need to be upgraded? I am sending in my 1.3FLX for 5K servicing soon and I have no problems with my CVT at all. Ride is smooth as ever.

Yes, i was holding the brake. Worst part was, after the bang, i straight went down and she was talking on the phone. she refused to come down and was still talking. wtf man. my mom screamed at her and opened her door asking her to f down the car.

Met an accident during the second day of new year. Was along the Jln Kuching linking to kepong then suddenly from nowhere this Blue Myvi with the number plate WVA 6749 bang the back of my car REALLY REALLY hard. and you know whats worst? He ran, he tried to outrun me but i was trailing his back, horned and flashed him to stop but he refused to  then suddenly he made a tight turn up to the flyover linking to the segambut roundabout. Made a police report on the night itself but I can see that the police doesnt give a F**k. Tried pissing me off instead.

Pictures will be posted soon but all i can say is my back totally gone. Bumper have a huge hole and my boot just got pushed inside a little. To make matters worst, i just installed a body kit.

Question now for all the readers out there, any way I can indentify the car owner of the Myvi? Its a hit and run case but the police doesnt seem to wanna help. This is what our country has become. Safe? Safe my ass.

halo22... guys, long time never post in this thread.... my car is near to 20000km Major Service... anyone have recently done major service? what the cost? im planning to buy all the part from spare part shop, then bring to service center...

Have installed the abl, no problems it is functioning as it should. Worth to mention is that sh@rtys abl also come with door open hazard signal (hazard ligts come one when the door is opened). Sh@rtys dad installed for me, he was not at the shop.

Anyway, after a long drive today to klang and back...

1. Torque dip?what torque dip?    the engine runs smoothly as a cvt should, but quite loud la with some aeroplane sound. This time around i can feel the pull as i open up the throttle. The fastest i manage was 130-140 before running into traffic. Maybe performance may improve after first service. But all in all, campro iafm+ rocks

2.the stock tinting is pretty much crap. Though i have no plans to upgrade it anytime soon.

3. Handling is good, minimal bodyroll and feels planted to the road. Ride comfort is...hmmm...maybe its the larger rims or the seat, the suspension feels stiff. I guess its a trade off between stability and comfort.

4.there is a minor vibration on my steering, but not that noticable. Hopefully it wont get worse.

5.sound system is decent enough for the average joe like me. I'm listening to mp3s from my pen drive most of the time.
Fc...not so soon lah!
