Saga FLX Standard got no sport rim is it? just the normal boring looking rims I guess?

This is noob question (planning to buy a saga FLX std) but the std one rims how many inch aa? i thought of changing to sport rims and use tires from stock rim.

Hi all, i'm new here. I have a question.
My BLM' emergency and signal lights not functioning! (same lights right?)
It happened like this...
just now i parked my car at roadside for photography, i switched on emergency light. About 5 mins later i found it not working. I tried signal light, it worked.
Once i back to home, it did not work anymore. I tried to press emergency light button. I pressed it half, the signal lights worked! with some buzzle sounds. It came from wires i think. It worked for a while, and now both were gone.

What happened? wires? Anyone had similar experience? damn it because currently i'm in my hometown, will back to KL by tomorrow. How to go back without signal light?

I google my problem, most probably is due the switch of hazard light. I have to replace it.. damn, wondering nearby workshops have the spare part or not!

guyz, is flx same engine like previous one?

if so, flx 1.3 just change crankshft, conrod and block 1.6  kit should be same like 1.6 flx

i think flx with cvt much better looking than 1.6SE..

if the air cond vent weren't round, i think i would buy saga long time ago.. haha.. i kinda like box shape vent like in the persona..

Ps. Mayb Proton shld hv come out with a Saga variant with those box-shaped vents so can hv more sales fr more "edmunz-es"???

my CVT will jerk quite a bit in the morning (cold start) when start stepping on the throttle mode after that it will be like normal...hmm any idea? normal?

during cold start morning, at least let it warm up for a few minutes (till 2 bars)

I pernah in a rush, start enjin terus jalan. When reach first intersection I mati engine. lol

yeah..normally i oso will warm up till at least 2bar then only start journey. even if the engine is warmed ad, will wait around 10-15sec only start driving...
The engine shud last abit longer by this way as to allow engine oil to lubricate the engine properly b4 start loading it..jz my 2cent

i tried that on iswara carb car, no efek. still got 2 bottles for my avanza and BLM. will try it at next service.

I can feel the diff, due to im on Shell Ultra, at around 4k usage i feel the car like alittle heavy when I accelerate, when I add this 30ml addictive in, nxt morning I get to feel the engine is light again like im using new engine oil.

Im on FS, still got 6k to go till service, cant wait to try on this addictive. Maybe the extra RM45 can help me gain more mileage so I can go extra 2~3k before doing my 20k service at 22k or 23k.

3 months & only 3k+ mileage since last service
Noob question: will the warranty voided if I service the car at 4th or 5th month?

thanks for the info! Alamak.. GB aaa.. really afraid of GB probs.. how common is that in FLX? I'm really planning just to get standard saga with manual transmission. Because im just starting out, so id just settle with the cheapest line first laa..

so GB prob more common in manual or auto trans? whatever it is, as long as covered by warranty, any problem also can bring to proton is it?

When i read the reviews for the 1.6SE, i m glad i did not wait for it. Review said ride is hard etc. My 1.3FLX is smooth as silk and i have no worries when have to drive outstation. My only complaint is road + other noise coming from outside the cabin but i think that can be corrected by soundproofing later when I have $. Cannot ask for too much, I guess.

oh ya hoh, forgot it is 195/50 tyres.

U r probably right. But ride comfort is tops for me. If I want a racing car, wun consider Proton. Maybe Subaru.
