2. u shouldn't be upgrading it...u should be changing it with one that has better workmanship..if not bubble will appear becuz of bad workmanship like proton OEM ones
and the tint is only very basic ones...outside sold those has better UVR and IRR

did any mods to your engine before?

Funny how he writes so little everytime when it comes to local cars (the Exora then, Maivee LB, now the Saga) but always writes almost the whole page when it comes to continentals especially the F10 5 series.

Time 2share another DIY mod to my trusty 1.3FL Exec Auto.... 

Yup, as previously mentioned in earlier pages, me was waiting for delivery of ordered AMT Power Cushion Buffers for front & rear springs.
Well, they arrived earlier this morning and me straightaway got down to installing them! Haha! 

As they say, pics say a thousand words...so here they are :


Me went for a short spin arnd the block, testing the suspension feel over uneven roads & even humps/bumps!
Wat can I say? Not bad...suspension felt firmer like having stiffer shocks/springs and the ride was more solid overall! 

Feel worthwhile small investment for a better ride...

ps. Was supplied with Size C for the Front Springs & Size B for the Rear. However need to cut abt 3.5cm from ends of each Buffer for the Rear to get a good fit.

I feel that the Saga FLX 1.6 SE is tougher than the Saga FL. Knock knock the FL of my sister-in-law feel plastic-ky, maybe is due to the colour.

Will give a better overall review of how car feels now with the Buffers after more prolonged drives...going on outstation trip early nxt week... 
ATM it feels like me driving a car fitted with "heavy-duty shocks" eg. like when me had Monroe Sensatrac abs on my ole ride...

My friend have this car lock that install at the driver seat there, got 2 keyhole 1, what is that? can do for Saga FLX 1.6 SE also?

if you all dun mind i would like to join (but i cant speak canto well)
a short review on my exp from driving the flx se for 1 week , currenty mileage is on 572 , come back from batu pahat to kl yesterday and did some city driving 80% highway 20% city drive , 272km for rm38 petronas petrol (quite satisfy with the result)
Comfort wise , it is really bumpy like everyone commented on this car , wish there is something that can de do about it , i as a driver as shake shake until like naik kuda , LOL

Yes. It sounds like it was coming from the back of the car. Is it normal?

Thanks guys. But its kidda surprising because i just took the car last 3 weeks (1031 KM as per today), and there some sound on the door and trunk already. And can you please advise when is adviseable to use the step auto transmission (SAT) and when to use CVT? i tried both and a winding road. But i feel that cvt performs better at winding road rather than SAT.

no srsly, i forgot if it's 1.3 or 1.6 coz i didn't care much when i bought it. :C maybe i check the slip in my car later? i wish there's a 1.3/1.6 number at the back of the car.

last service also plan to change to this brand
