Lets try to identify the difference between original sony battery and fake sony battery. I got the fake batteries from Jalan Pasar (shop name kept secret) at RM11.50 for one pair. Pictures taken using Sony Ericsson K750i without optical enhancements.

Ori on right. Color is different. Ori is darker and positive lead is more round.

Ori on right. The cover is larger at the negative terminal and the HR word is printed more thickly.

Difference that I notice is the top head color, shape of the leads., font print thickness.
Charging time for ori battery is ~70 minutes (2500 mAh) and fake is less than 30 minutes (1000 mAh) with energizer 1 hour charger. Fake battery operating time compared to ori battery is like 10 minutes compared to 30 minutes. 10:30.
