QUOTE(ramo @ Dec 1 2011, 06:29 PM)
i thought of getting the digi smart plan 68 but the thing is, im worried about;

a. the battery. does the phone gets hot easily even when the phone is idle??

b. another thing, i saw in facebook regarding about the warranty of the phone. it seems samsung will not give a new one if the phone is spoilt even under warranty. is it true?
*
My phone never get hot on idle.
SC wont give 1 to 1 exchange. it is never stated that they will exchange the phone under warranty claim.

This is what I get from Digi center.

Digi Smart Plan 68 Samsung Galaxy S2

First payment: RM1199+RM500 (Advanced payment)+RM68 = RM1767

Advanced payment (RM500) will be used to deduct your first few months bill, around 7 months, after that only we pay the bill.
*
Sounds like a nice plan. to bad digi coverage in my area is unstable sad.gif

Does anyone know how to change the time of the service providers clock? or make the SMS'es follow the phone time instead of the Hotlink provided time? Now when I receive SMS'es it appears before my message because my time is faster than the one provided by Hotlink. It is so screwed up.

I know I can make the time auto update, but that time is slower than the Astro time.
*
I don't know we can do that. Meaning if I set my phone watch 5 minutes earlier it won't sync with my SMS? Confused blush.gif

Click home button. There you can choose which launcher you want to use. Tick default first then pick your launcher.

oh does it means above 50c means dangerous. i asked cus 1 of my fren s2 just burned. he say he angry bird for some time den take pic non stop. so las nite i tried mine it will reach 39c. so izzit means everytime o sumtimes we nid to monitor the temp of the fon ?
*
I only monitor when I do many task at one time for example charging while tethering and on phone calls.
the highest it ever got to is 50-55c and still running smoothly and nothing was fried.

other then that it usually stay well below 36c.
