Meaning to say china is ADIL..

up to last month, i heard legal bird nest had been successfully exported to china (with custom clearance) almost reach 200kg

Just eat out almost anywhere in Malaysia and you would probably get a higher dose of aluminium than all the bird's nest you are likely to consume.  Curries and sweet sour sauces cooked in alu pots n pans is probably the greatest culprit.

Am not advocating the use of alu in corners but bringing awareness to sources of dietary aluminium in our daily life.
