You need to complain to the consumer's tribunal. Some people got their car changed. Complain here no use.

QUOTE(the_catacombs @ Nov 23 2011, 01:15 AM) servicing the car at authorized service center really that important for expensive cars??.. I second this. Last time when to service my old KIA Sephia at NAZA...f**k up mechanic...didn't screw my engine oil cap properly and cause my car to leak engine oil...somemore i was overseas at that time....Proton so called "Platinum Service Centre" also ran by a bunch of incompetent fools....basically, in Malaysia, all the SC sucks. I went outside to service my Proton Savvy much better. Cheaper and fixed my problems. IMO, authorized service center does not mean they are good/specialized.... sometimes even worse as they do employ trainee and interns as mechanics.... check with the service center what kind of engine oil they put into ur engine... i suspect bad workmanship as well... engine oil level decreasing means something is wrong, and they still can say its normal... even with or without visible leak, it is not suppose to happen... The only reasons going back to authorized SC is to keep your warranty going, otherwise, i'll ask them to fly kite already. |
