C&C Mutiara Damansara ignored my complaints and put the blame on me, I sent a letter to Mercedes Benz Malaysia to voice my disappointment. At the end, problem solved.
Added on November 22, 2011, 10:17 pmBy the way, your car warranty should be already expired so it is really no point sending back to authorized dealer for maintenance or to service.
I have no choice because my car still under warranty, a simple oil change cost me RM1200 plus tax where DTM Kota Damansara did it for RM450.
