Oh yeah, if they give you high rates, try to bluff your way through....talk to the manager (don't waste time with the clerk)...maybe can give you a small discount....i bluff my way through says friend got this X% rate blah....immediately get a small 0.2% discount on the spot... But if your rates already low, then don't be kiasu lar....
