Jack Dunn struck a double as Liverpool U18s continued their superb away form with a 2-1 win at Manchester United on Friday afternoon.

The highly-rated England U17 starlet got the Reds off to a flyer when he drilled home inside the first minute to net his fifth goal of the campaign.

United responded and Sam Byrne's neat finish soon after looked to have earned the hosts a share of the spoils in what proved to be an end-to-end encounter.

However, deep into stoppage-time Liverpool swamped forward and substitute Nathan Quirk played in Dunn to seal the three points.

now they want sympathy from us by beating m.city...fark off to these F.A crybaby whiners!

yup...great game by Hart..but the thing bout we're only the 2nd team to take off points from citeh is not good news to me..great great performance from our players but not so great of a result...same old issue - finishing!

haiyyaaaa...of course we all sad lucas out for 6 months..when Stevie G not playing almost a season we said we cant compete without him etc...but look at us now..even without him we still grind out good result against top teams..the most important thing is teamworks!...relax duhh

sacking players or staff will put us back 5 years..what we need is strengthened the squad not weaken it...I say we buy more of those suarez like player..special player that can unlock stubborn small club defense...man city got those in abundance..same as m.united and dare i say it spurs...its the same old problem since Benitez era..we juz struggled to beat the so called smaller teams!
