Guys,can help me choose between nikon d3100 and nikon d5100? I got budget around RM2.5k,should i buy nikon d3100 with better lens or nikon d5100 with kit lens?

Nikon D5100 doesn't have focusing motor,is it will cause a trouble when photography? Lens with focusing motor will cause more $$?
