probably no signal? poor reception? usually when i use 3G i switch it to WCDMA mode only, not GSM and WCDMA. Then i switch it to GSM only when i am not using internet. Saves battery.

QUESTION!!

Did anyone face problems when backing up using CWM 6? mine phone just turns off suddenly after backing up data.

Flashed CWM 6 using ODIN. nope. i got it from ivendor beta 1 page.


I wipe everything. system too when i flashed Rem ICS. then i switched to CM9 i just wiped data and cache.

huh? the cam is buggy? mine seems ok. isn't it 720p recording? i din add camera fix. using the one that comes from the rom.

i dun take more than 5 pics straight lo. i dun take pictures much. snap, snap then exit. just take less than 5 at once and its perfect.



ANY 3RD party sms apps which is light? i using pansi SMS which sometimes dun send my msg. my msg just disappears. not at undelivered, not in drafts. tho i press send already. ><

ROM SMOOTHNESS: super smooth. ram running at 300 coz of my apps, still no lags.

GAMES: Temple run still lags a lil for me. tho other games work smoothly.

Battery life: AWESOME!! because of deep sleep. don't put minimum freq to 122. it will stay 122. don't use notification bar to go sleep mode. just lock screen using power button.

Wifi: After using wifi booster, wifi reception was kinda a lil better than my laptop.

Quadrant Advance: 2471
Antutu: 4000. (note that its 1401 max only.)

GPS: use fasterfix, took about 3 minutes to map my location. tho sometimes lose signal.

In call volume was perfect!

Haptic feedback still cannot adjust. have to add that.

stock browser better than chrome.

Tether not tested.
BUGS: 5 pic FC on camera and FM radio not working. Another one i got was dialer unable to call until restart. only once i got that.

o ya.. contacts are all synced thru google contacts. so no nid backup and restore. just log on to google contacts and make sure its there. super awesome! Apps still do use titanium backup. restore data for games. shouldnt have FC problems. if do then fix permission using ROM manager. its in the rom already.

try it with cwm 6 and see. that was exactly what i did but no error. o.o

bring to service centre faster. see which is more convenient for you. U claim faster laa! our phone no flash count so root and unroot can still clain warranty!

Gingerbread ROM. try Blazr. Or Nitrox. not tat into GB anymore tho in XDA. best is still using broodRom coz there is still active dev.

Dun get those phones anymore. S advance, ace plus. all the extra plus from old models. all so fast drop support from samsung. sux! get a nexus. only 1100. even s2 is 1300 only.

Nexus wil have google support for a very very long time. 2nd is no touchwiz!! pure google!
