Hello everyone, I need some help here. I got my Galaxy S+ last December, and it keeps abruptly rebooting. When it does, there is a purple line that appears at the right side of the screen, and the screen flickers too. Restarting the phone fixes this issue, but it is not the only problem I have with my phone.
The phone also couldn't read my SIM card (sometimes). Usually this happens when the phone reboots, together with the screen issue mentioned above. At first, rebooting the phone solved both issues. But recently, the phone still couldn't read the SIM card after repeated reboots, and as you can guess this gets pretty frustrating.
I sent the phone back for repairs twice already, and both times the issues still persist. Placing a piece of paper between the cover and the SIM card slot seemed to solve the problem with the SIM card, but today the problem reared its ugly head again.
I'm pretty sick of sending the phone back for repairs again, as it takes a week or more for it to return, yet nothing was fixed. I pretty sure that this is a problem with the phone hardware. Should I just ask for a replacement phone?
urs ap or ori? if ori u bring it back and scold then kao kao tell them wasting ur time and petrol and the problem is not fix. im not sure if they will give replacement phone but try asking. be aggresive
if urs is ap then.......quite hard to solve it..... perhaps u can consider selling it off and getting another phone
