My currently weight is 55.5kg
Height = 165cm
Bodyfat = 6.0%
H20 = 68.6
BMR = 1540
Muscle mass = 50.6
I'm really confuse as my body fat is 6.0% i'm consider skinny if people look at me.
I wanted to know what muscle mass number should i aim for, and for my bodyfat is it consider normal? I know google helps but i can't find any infomation for teens regarding muscle mass and body fat.
Just need to know what should i aim for on my list. A goal or something.
On the diet eh:
1 slice of peanut butter bread, 3 spoons of oats and a cup of milk for breakfast
Supper 2 slice of peanut butter with cheese and cup of milk.
Lunch i eat whatever my mom cook for me I split my lunch at in 2 meal. etc 1pm ate 4pm ate again.
I been doing this for like half months from 45kg to 55kg.
Had a skinny genes.
Please give me advice thank you
