If cost of material go up I wonder the material use to built the houses in places like ipoh or alor star and so on is the same material????
I think nothing to do with price of material, yes material go up but is not 100% increase.
But anyway is prop increase that means rent also increase so cost past down to consumer, so those still running thread mill better run faster to close the gap. Prop drop or not corrected or not nobody for sure know. But now the r still increase also there r also reduce n tis r prime area. Mayb not all but sure got a few.

It seems than most ppl think tat the general public have tens tens of thousand in saving. Most fresh grad can't even save a decent 10% let alone down payment a 10% of 500k, they need their parents support.
Maybe I'm not dealing with the right group of ppl who some of our lyn folks here who knows ppl buy house in cash how many of this ppl we hv, mayb like the cow and condominium case yes.
I work with young exec and professional and most of them can only afford a home. This is the general public but of course with parents support can buy one la, but all will start off by buying a car first be it new or old.

well, look at the response of Temasya Glenmarie recently, do we really need singaporean or chinese to support the current price range?

not really ppl are buying the smaller units only, the bigger 120 is still avail.
i was there many left once the smaller units were sold.
some units ballot by agent, they got it n look for buyer. no deposit were paid so they have time to think over.
