probably i shud wait...?

You have choice to wait but do remember if you have enough money and affordability, you can start to look for your future home to avoid disappointment. Due like previous discussion, material and cost was hike.

Wrong assumption.
It is not the like everyone earn 2.5k.
There are people earn 10k, 5k, 1k.
2.5k is just an average.

China has even lower GDP per capital than Malaysia, but properties price in urban area is way more expensive than Malaysia.
Because at there, rich is extremely rich, poor extremely poor.

If there is enough people earn 5-6k, then it is enough to support the properties price at 300k.
You don't need everyone to earn 5k to have a 300k property.

Remember price escalating the most and high at urban and prime location, those rural area, price of property is not gaining and as higher price.

Agreed, Not everyone earning 2.5k (I am not, Hahaha) I believe price will continue move up (maybe slow right now, but when economic boost price will boost) due to population increase, material and labour smile.gif

wat u said now is exactly match below.

"During a bubble, people don't believe that prices will fall," he said. "This has been proven wrong so many times in the past. But there's something in human nature that makes us unable to learn from history."

example lah.. if one person/agent/developer tell u the house price is RM1mil u won't belive... after 1 week later, another person told u the house price is RM1.1mil, u start to believe, 2 weeks later... another person told u the house is now RM1.3mil... u will believe no doubt.. confirm up up...  but, after 1 months a guy said the house now at RM1mil... Do u think u believe the trend or believe the guy said?... u will denied.. 2 months later, another guy (sampool) said it is now RM900k, u still not believe.... until the 3rd guy confirm only u start to believe.... this we call human nature.
u are inside the box/case... and ppl predict wat going to happen precisely is outside of the case, they can see the whole picture clearer....    notworthy.gif
