Yes. In fact it is direct competition. Looking at it.. The international school really add alot plus point..
Kingsley Hill vs The Glades, which SMD offers better value?

Thanks to sime Darby that did nothing to add value to the commercials components in putra heights, therefore, a sizable commercial with proper concepts ie one city, may may work.....

correct....SD is declining as a home builder and no longer as lifestyle builder.

For the Putra Heights commercial centre, i think the value will be unleashed when this key LRT interchange (KJ and Ampang line) is ready by end 2014. In long and short answer, this is a potential hidden gem that is undervalue...siapa brani masok? wink.gif

won't be easy for sure. but 3 years later seem quite long. i would say LRT only helps to bring activity to the commercial area. now the shop houses in PH looks like ghost town, so it's not quite a self-sustaining township yet, because not enough human traffic for businesses to survive there. so my point on the LRT is that it helps to develop commercial area, and the township in general and not specifically to transport people staying in KH

but hopefully it will be a nice place for own stay. i can see this hill from USJ. imagine the view from the top of the hill.  drool.gif

PH commercial area is ghost town, sure bo?....few yrs ago was a BIG YES and now is a BIG NO. Try to ask the agents there and see can parang any good unit near upcoming lrt station....many investors wanted a piece of PH commercial and prices & occupation aledi going up there.

KH's semid sure good for ownstaying especially the heights and exclusivity. to flip >3m, buyers will have more choices to select.
