question guys, ive passed down my seamaster 300m to my bro and he complained that the watch would stop moving if he left it idle for like less than a day maybe, 20 hours? how could this happen as i tried to wind the watch for 20 times and tried again and it did stop again within less than a day and the power reserve is supposed to be at 48. the watch is only less than 3 years old. what could be wrong?

Ah i see. The reason I'm so eager to acquire back an authenticity cert is because I plan to sell my omega speedmaster reduced in which I think that the cert can up it's value. But what patryn says is also very true that the receipts from swatch group can serve as one. I liked this watch very much but it just doesn't retain it's sentimental value that well. This is because it is powered by an eta 2892 movement with a piggyback chrono module which almost no one dares to service it which is a big disappointment. I brought the watch to swatch group for servicing and what they did was just to replace the whole movement itself. Did not bother even looking at it in my opinion. Who knows they would also do the same thing in my next service in five years time? For me a movement is like the soul of the watch and also part of the sentimental value which i mentioned earlier. But still, thanks for reading my rant and also thanks for the advice
