In the preview for the 14th episode of Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters, we saw our first "live" glimpse of the two new warriors, BeetBuster and his Buddyroid, Beet J Stag. And now, information about their identities have been unveiled. The identity of BeetBuster is Masato, a genius engineer and a senior whom Ryuji once admired. In Mission 15: “Gold Warrior and Silver Buddy,” something fell as Ryuji opens his locker. Hiromu and Yoko found a runner-up certificate from a contest. Ryuji tells the story behind it. Commander Kuroki is Masato's secretary that nicknamed him "Kuro-rin" since he has and odd girly attitude or personality. Apparently, there's no actor slated to play the character out of suit, and there are rumors that TOEI will keep them secret until the end of the show.

Hiroya Matsumoto previously played Tsubasa Ozu / MagiYellow in Mahou Sentai Magiranger, and reprises his role in GoGo Sentai Boukenger vs Super Sentai. His BuddyRoid, Beet J Stag will be voiced by Yuichi Nakamura (Fairy Tail, Clannad).

As reported earlier, Masato / BeetBuster is a genius engineer whom Ryuuji looks up to. He is Commander Kuroki's secretary, and calls him "Kuro-rin" due to his odd girly attitude or personality.

Saban Brands had released a press release confirming Power Ranger Megaforce will be adapting the 34th Super Sentai series, Tensou Sentai Goseiger. This will celebrate the franchise's 20th anniversary.

Elie Dekel, President of Saban Brands had said. “Power Rangers continues to delight fans of all ages, even nearly 20 years after it was first introduced to kids across the world. [...] We are excited to continue the success we’ve experienced with our partnership with Nickelodeon and introduce fans everywhere to a MEGA- installment in 2013.”

The initial plotline and summary for Power Rangers Megaforce is as follows:

Power Rangers Megaforce features Gosei (Master Headder), a supernatural guardian, who protected the Earth for centuries along with his robotic aide, Tensou (Datass). During the massive invasion of the evil Warstar aliens, Gosei calls upon five teenagers with attitude to form the ultimate team... the Power Rangers Megaforce!

When the teens morph into Power Rangers, they gain superhuman strength, agility, and mastery over martial arts. In addition, other monstrous factions emerge to challenge the Megaforce Rangers! Under the leadership of a malevolent alien, toxic beasts rise from their slimy underground lair to attack the Earth (UMA Beasts) and a ruthless robot army launches an offensive from their deep sea compound (Matrintis Empire). In order to face these new threats, the Power Rangers Megaforce unlock powerful battle modes to fight their adversaries (Super Goseigers).
