QUOTE(ZackU88 @ Dec 6 2013, 08:56 PM) i understand train concept BUT THE FREAKING SUIT DESERVE BETTER DESIGN ! That's what I thought. The suit designs is much more like Sentai villain's foot soldiers but still I like the helmet design though. It also much more like a ripoff of one of the Sentai parody (not Akibaranger but I can't remember the title) released by Gainax. Even the simplest Go-Busters suit are WAY MUCH BETTER THAN THIS, so does the Kyoryuger's suits. I'm been thinking, how the f*** Toei can accept this ugly suit and mecha design so much? Toei better redesign the suit that Sentai fan can accept. Seriously for me, I can't accept this design very much. So does mecha design. Ugly and freaky. P/S: Let the bashing party begins. QUOTE(erald06 @ Dec 6 2013, 11:27 PM) I mean, honestly, they did a train megazord before. GogoV(Lightspeed Rescue) anyone? That came out so freaking epic but why on earth or HOW on earth did they screw this one so hard?? Don't forget MagiShine's Travelion from Magiranger and Ancient Engines from Go-Onger.

QUOTE(erald06 @ Dec 6 2013, 07:27 PM) I think this could be a troll...I mean, come on! A blockhead Mecha?? Are they even trying?? All Sentai teams will prolly be facepalming so hard! Event Gorangers who are the earliest design is still acceptable! That's because Goranger doesn't have their own mecha. They only had a fighter plane called Variblune. Mecha only introduced in 1980 starting with Battle Fever J. This post has been edited by deentk_1987: Dec 6 2013, 11:56 PM

^Alright then. Speaking about suit design, I didn't realize that we have a simpler Sentai suit design as possessed by Kakuranger before. So I have a mix feelings about whenever I'm liking it or I hate it so much. Just they need to re-adjust the boots and gloves and there you go. That will much better than what I see on toy catalogs. But yes, still I don't like the mecha design. YET.

Then what's about Battle Fever J Denziman Dynaman These are all the Showa-era Sentai teams that uses only simple design in their suits. What's your thought? P/S: I forgot one thing, the Tokkyugers can change their suit color! As you can see here, the Tokkyu Ichigo can change its color from normally red to green, but the number decals still remains here. Pretty cool. Seems like Toei wants to experimenting the possibilities if the current rangers can change the suit color. This post has been edited by deentk_1987: Dec 7 2013, 01:04 PM

We've got new villains and new allies for ToQger @ Tokkyuger (whatever you like to call): Mentor/commander of the team is known as Own-... I mean Conductor, and he's always wearing a monkey puppet named Ticket. Perhaps Conductor used Ticket to communicate with ToQgers? They also have an android waitress named Nao--, no wait, I mean.... Wagon. Their headquarters will be based on DenLiner, wait what? This year's bad guys are Shadow Line, and they came from the underground like Tube @ Infreshia. From the left we have General Schwartz, Baron Neo, Madame Noa and Miss Greeta (my, what a noble villain we have here). Their boss is known as Shadow Gunjin, and they have a footsoldiers known as Kuros. Usually ride on black locomotive train called Kuliner. ToQ-Oh's cockpit. Team's individual cockpit. Not sure if she is Naomi, but I bet she must be someone. Each ToQger members will get the boarding ticket known as Rainbow Pass. So, what your thoughts for this show? Is it good or its just another rip-off of Den-O in your thoughts? Let us hear your opinion. This post has been edited by deentk_1987: Jan 26 2014, 10:38 AM

QUOTE SANTA MONICA, CA, May 7, 2014 – Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF), a leading global entertainment company, and Saban Brands, a strategic brand management company that acquires and builds global consumer brands, are partnering to develop and produce an original live action feature film based on the iconic Power Rangers property, it was announced today by creator of Power Rangers Haim Saban and Lionsgate Chief Executive Officer Jon Feltheimer. The announcement marks another step in Lionsgate’s continued commitment to build a broad portfolio of branded properties and franchises with global appeal.
Saban launched Mighty Morphin Power Rangers as a live action television series more than 20 years ago, and the series has been in continuous production ever since. It has subsequently grown into one of the world’s most popular and recognizable brands, with toys, apparel, costumes, video games, DVD’s, comic books and other merchandise. The two companies noted that, with an extensive and extremely devoted worldwide fan base as well as a deep and detailed mythology, the Power Rangers are primed for the big screen. The new film franchise will re-envision the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, a group of high school kids who are infused with unique and cool super powers but must harness and use those powers as a team if they have any hope of saving the world.
“Lionsgate is the perfect home for elevating our Power Rangers brand to the next level,” said Saban. “They have the vision, marketing prowess and incredible track record in launching breakthrough hits from The Hunger Games to Twilight and Divergent. In partnership with the Lionsgate team, we’re content that we will capture the world of the Power Rangers and translate it into a unique and memorable motion picture phenomenon with a legacy all its own.” “We’re thrilled to be partnering with Haim Saban and his team to maximize the potential of this immensely successful and universally recognized franchise,” said Feltheimer. “The Power Rangers stories and characters have been embraced by generations of audiences for more than 20 years, and today they are more powerful than ever. QUOTE(memphiz_zero88 @ Dec 7 2016, 05:18 PM) liking the design. but 9 members from start, is it overkill? even kyoryuger got 10 members, but not from start lol. I can guess that Toei trying to get out from the comfort zone and start to experimenting Sentai series starting with more than usual 5 members instead. You know what people say, if it stupid but it works, then it ain't stupid. I gonna look forward to their story execution. So far I like this design even more, the animal decals on the helmet is pretty neat and badass. Much better than this year's Zyuohger LOL.
