open pod IF and ONLY IF u have a heatshield box for the open pod to reside in..on top of that,u will need a CAI hose to scoop up the cold air..if not during the day when the sun is directly on top your head,ur car not going to breath properly as it sucks in hot air from ur bonnet..

hot air = less dense

like you climb mountain kinabalu, on the peak you edi semput coz the air is thin.

u suck all hot air,ur gonna get a very-very semput engine..im also driving a manual..but used the drop in K&N only with CAI hose.

semput = engine cant produce sufficient power, have to pijak more to move car = FC goes sky rocket high

i remember i put RainX on the windscreen.. then was driving from Penang to KL around 5am start journey... sped around 150km/h - 160km/h with heavy rain and wipers not turn on, not even turn on highlight.. just headlamp and foglamp.. the vision at night is totally GOOD ! my dad sit beside me.. he din ask me to turn on wiper also.. XD he is my witness... XD

but pls.. no daredevil like me.. LOL..

tips for driving at night.. wear ur shades or something.. confirm night vision better than u din wear anything or wear 'power' glasses.. 

True.U need a good set of rubber for wet handling plus during braking.Dont be like me,cheapskate..Use the 2nd cheapest rubber found in the shop for 17"...During hot condition the rubber stick to the tarmac.But during wet condition  ... I dont dare drive more than 90 during raining/wet condition..unless my front wheel got LSD..

LOL open window = no difference than no on aircond for power. Because you open = the air comes into the car causing the car to drag more. therefore its not aerodynamic already

Well, K&N n Works basically are the same, still need to use the recharger kit to wash them.
By the way, from wat i knw, Works is same as SIMOTA.

For me, im using Ultra Racing Metal Gauze Drop In Air Filter. Got it from EA Autoworks under HowieChoo.

I chosen this UTR DropIn Air Filter becoz it is easy to wash compared to K&N n Works. I just wash with water n dry it up n tats it. continue using it.

My LPLB i put 1 only and the Temperature i twist towards quite hot area coz if i twist to cold area then it will become refrigerator dy.
