im one of Psoriasis "victim" too,

i lose my life coz of that stupid sick!

i love my self,but me living a hell life! forver alone.
sometime its hard to explain to ppl about this sick, coz their 1st question is , "is it spread?"

avoid all type fish/sea food since some kind tend to make me itchy.
avoid chicken, alcohol(ah mostly i only drink plain water)
avoid all oily and spicy.
sleep atleast 6 hour+ or less i felt scalp developing so fast.
must take shower 3 or 2 time a day, water make me feel better.
everybody is diffrent , this is some tips i develop for mine.

i waste alot of money trusting derma and medicine , whats is the point suppressing a sick, as soon your stop the medic , it will get worst than ever! - from my own experience.
