Desperately needed help here. My down syndrome sister aged 30 years old having quite serious psoriasis on her arms and legs. The scaling patch on her legs are quite red and itchy. Went to see a dermatologist but no use. Given transfer factor capsules and Vit E capsule for a month seems looks better no after stop, the redness came back. Decided to continue back but now needed something to stop the itchiness. Would appreciate for some advice. Does submerge both legs in salt water helps ??
