Let's me just make my stand. Before this , in my thread, I already stated, if Suarez found guilty, he should be banned.
The only few thing that irritate me are
1. The proceeding taking longer than expected with doubtful process and lack of evidence. The principle of benefit of doubt never apply.
2. The punishment was hefty and heavy simply because FA wanted to make a point because of Blatter's stupid comment
3. Evra contradicting himselves by claiming Suarez racially abused him but Suarez is not racist.
4. Evra admitted in his evidence that he provoked Suarez and insulted him first which the FA also admitted the truth in this but no action taken against Evra.
5. Evra is super sensitive to on extent that referee aimed him because he is black. To me, this affects the verdict too. If someone is not that sensitive, he would at least not feel so offended. Might be petty but relevant.
The reason I butt in here is because I found it funny that this is turning into a bashing Suarez thread which disgusted me to max. Rivalry aside, rationale first.

1. At first I also wonder why took so long. But then the report itself got say suarez himself ask for more time to come up wif evidence for the hearing, hence the delay. there were other evidences apart from juz "evra say this, suarez say that, compare, conclude"...video evidences were taken, interviews wif other ppl were done, analysis were done...the fa panel didnt juz decided on this verdict overnight
2. The punishment of 8 games same as the racist case almost 10 years ago ar...but then tat guy apologized, accepted, and appealed then reduce to 3.
3. This one I disagree lor...coz u see, even he knew suarez has no history of being racist or wat...suddenly he say like tat, so evra was shocked...he even said it felt like a dream becoz he couldnt believe it at 1st...no im nt making dis up, it's in the report
4. True, but suarez admitted himself he didnt hear wat evra said...contrary to wat ur fellow mate in pool thread who oni say it's "ur sister's miao", the words can also be meant in other terms such as "fucuking hell"...anyway the point is suarez didnt hear that which is why we only evra did say that after evra admitted
5. This is already not true. in the report got write lah
so u see why reading the report can help understand better, and perhaps change ur opinion on this...but i highly doubt so la, juz sayin...
talking bout being rationale..actually, and seriously, after the report's been out, ppl have been talking bout how lenient the fa has been wif the punishment, again not making this up, i based this on tv interviews these few days, not redcafe definitely not rawk
and also how poor liverpool dealt wif the situation, from the silly club statement to the shirt...not to mention the amount of liverpool fans lambasting Evra when he was the one being victimised...and like u imagined, if it was Rooney in Suarez's position NOW, I'd be really really ashamed...and i mean it
i have to reiterate, again and again, the fa did not and DID NOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT just favour Evra's statement for nothing...i've said this like the 3rd time or so in this thread alone...juz for every1 to see
