Is plaster ceiling my dear not plastic... Now ony u realize? A bit out wor. If im jmc i wanna propose motion sensor. A project wif green werd never hace grewn concept x good. The electric consumptions for all the lights in plaster ceiling is extremely high. 1 of tge countermeasure for this is have intellIgrnt lighting whereby lights will turn on whenever there the motion sensor detected sumthing.. Long term plan is to get GBI compliant building by introducing more LEED standard to it
