There's once the contractor told me 'to enter into SG harder than enter into palace' hahaha... well done securities of SG.
Management also not bad in taking care of the building. Soon they will repaint the whole building again..
Overall I can say SG residents r well mix of different races. Eg. Chinese, Malay, Indian, Middle Eastern, african(1or 2 unit), Italian (1 unit), Chinese from China and etc.

hihi , the SPA price is RM745, 020 , 3 car parks , KLCC view , 2% rebate on the downpayment, so after the rebate it's about RM730 K . Free SPA and legal fee ( We ourselves have to bear the stamp duty )

Ya mine is 1362sqft . I was looking for bigger units but subsale units all tenanted and i pprefer brand new .

previously UOA held abt 30 units ( top 3 levels ) and only released them in Q1 this year , of cuz at higher price compared
vs launching price , but i think it's quite a good deal , cuz low floor 1362sqft non klcc view already asking RM700K . with KLCC view + one additional c/p , i think RM730K is a good grab d .

MY unit was the last unit by developer d. After me , they released the show unit for sale at 800K , it's KLCC view , level 3 .
