Hi, I just bought a new EK-7970 last week, somehow i dont have time to open it until yesterday. guess what when i open the box....

the first time i saw after flip the box open... i see the plastic bag already opened .



and that make me more cautions, and i check the water-block carefully. i found out one warranty stick has been cut into 2, barely see in the pic {bad camera fous, sorry}


and yet, the screw like used before this,




i bought many thing from ek in this 2 years time, this is the 1st item that make me quite dissapointed. i think i should just return it....:mad::mad::mad:

THat is why i always buy JIbek for WC stuff, after sale service first class as i did RMA before with him and also not like the quality above. My 7970 water block from him perfect condition Virgin.
Some more can do COD at where i stay

No idea on the screws & torn sticker but my parcel from FrozenCPU, one of the 4 FC7970 blocks i orded has torn packaging & broken plastic bag. Quite bad condition but the block is perfect, fortunately. Customs didnt open my parcel so not their fault.

i always buy plexi version ... this is the 1st acetal version ...zzzz
