yep. my D14 runs triple fans. tongue.gif

get the clips at no cost, get a new fan for a small sum then after that decide whether to spend a small fortune on an AIO LC.

the H80 somehow outperforms the H100i. Thermaltake has their own AIO solutions. pretty decent pricing too, compared to Corsair, anyway. Personally I'd get the Kraken if can fit in the case and if really need an AIO solution.

You're welcome bro! wow, the colour matching for the monsoon fittings and the swiftech fittings looks pretty good!

Thanks man..simple set up la..cant compare to yours.. brows.gif

run it slower if you can afford to, otherwise maybe attach a small fan or get a heatsink for it?

that soda trick is nice. use soda for coolant! biggrin.gif

@sidewinderz, maybe use variable voltage controller. get it to start up at 12v, then drop it down to whatever.

Anyone have any idea where I can get the NB E-Loop fans locally?

QUOTE(sam sam @ Jan 1 2013, 07:45 AM)
u need a fan controller that can output 3A per channel then you can use it to control the mcp355
also note most fan controller do not output 12volts at full load its slightly lower around 11.3 volts
*
Make own controller. rclxms.gif

hmmm...any good recommendation? tongue.gif

none that I can think of at the moment since need molex power. maybe one of those 4-pin molex splitter pcbs that have different voltage points.

or if you're daring enough, mess with the pins on the molex plug. tongue.gif

don't think that's actually possible unless you use weird chems in your loop.

then why i need to bridge the 24pin? the 8 pin also no need to connect?
*
you have to bridge the 24pin atx to jumpstart the PSU. ignore all the other cables coming out from your PSU

then how long should i run the leak test? if the coolant leak out, what should i do? turn off the PSU right away then let the hardware dry for few hours?
*
usual leak test: 24hrs. but of course can be hero and reduce and stuff. see your confidence level. laugh.gif

I think if you look around, people leak test with kitchen towels placed at the joints and the fittings, so hardware is pretty much protected to some degree.
