If you can touch the pump for a long duration, then its should be around <40-50c.

Thanks man. i think the operating temperature is as what you mentioned. Around 40-50 degrees but it does get a little toasty after prolonged touching. But would like to ask on the general life span of a pump. How long will it last before breaking down?

Perhaps you can change the front fan to the back of the radiator instead of the front so it could get more air?
