I already install bbsak,but cannot install that file

install with bbsak..
bbsak can wipe ur device, install theme, apps and much more..
download bbsak for ur cmptr..
~ install bbsak, connect ur device to cmptr then run bbsak..
~ after ur device alrdy connect with bbsak
~ click 'Modify CODs'
~ choose Install JAD
~ browse to folder that you ectracted.. open that folder then click JAD file
rclxms.gif

I thought "Words to Go" is preinstalled in the blackberry? I have "Words to Go", "Sheet to Go" and "Slideshow to Go" presinstalled.

i dont have any. i bought this bb 2nd hand and the guy already factory reset the bb, so no words to go apps found in the bb

guys, if my bb got auto scrolling problem..then is it hardware or software problem? If software, can i solve it by upgrade BB OS? Or i send back for warranty?
