my advice, u better opt for 9790 or 9900. the 9900 already released few months back while the NEW facelift for 9780, called as 9790 will be available in Malaysia soon, i mean, reeeeaallllyyy soon. its up to u to decide tho. |

if u purchased a maxis set, just go to any maxis center they will able to trace your registered imei. done that few time with my 9700/9780 last time. hassle free. i go to sunway, quite fast respond

i dont know, sometimes carrier will help u faster. like my previous 9780. go to brightstar they said need to take 2 weeks minimum, go to sunway they said 3 working days. i tried maxis and really after 3 working days, the vendor called me to give new 9780
