As long as a player can deliver in games and during training under me, why should I rate anyone first or second class?

yea of course he can deliver in games..
i'm not saying he can't
i'm just saying that with chelsea's resources there are far better players that can deliver much more on a consistent basis

left got kewell , aurellio , riise and warnock ...
(riise won the player of the year award)
right got joaquin , cicinho , kromkamp ....
(cicinho and joaquin just bought them)
so how ? rotate them ? very hard lehh...

cicinho good meh? not good one in my game so-so nia

since liv got to play UEFA CL, EPL, FA CUP, LEAGUE CUP

rotate each player each match, substitue each other during games lor..i got 3 players each position also

aiyo, just rotate them onli lor....since ur gonna involve in quite lotsa competitions wat...just as long as they dun get unhappy...for my case, any case tt get unhappy can say bye2 edi....just rotate them midway thru the match or during each competition.. u shud know wat to do edi...

cicinho ok onli la....used him in my madrid game lastime around..decent backup for my madrid....cos i got carlo magno in my team... overall, cicinho is mah-mah-dei onli...IRL he oso dun get to play much 1st team football oso ler.

cicinho is crap in game
i loaned him out the first few seasons then when someone offered to buy him i just sold him

I scouted him last night... not bad looking stats... David Reid (17, ST, got from new batch of U18 in 2007) is really starting to impress me... 5 goals in 6 games, 2 against CSKA Moscow in CL, 1 in premier league against MU, 2 in FA Cup against some championship team. Hope can develop him

I got too many strikers until have to play 4-4-2 formation... 5 strikers in my list, looking forward to ship out Crespo and Drogba end of this season (July 2008)... Gudjohnsen after kena sell to MU (22m) now ship to Everton, stats drop like crap...

- Bojinov (21m, CL weapon)
- Crespo (2m )
- Drogba (8m)
- Reid (3m, secret weapon lol)
- Carignano (6m, EPL weapon)

AMCs also too much cos bought 2 backups during injury crisis; Afellay, Stevanovic (or sth like that), Sneijder, Kaka, J.Cole, Lampard (getting old), Messi... 7 of them where i can only play 2-3 in each game

guys.. is there any young and quality players that will be willing to play for lower division clubs?

Most of them wont go lower than the championship... even if their stats like crap... so its kinda hard... but u can try Eugen Bopp (german) from Sheffield United and play him on AMC spot

oic.. then mayb i'll cancel my thought of bringing a lower division team to the premiership then.. =/

well, its a slow and tedious process. it took me several years in the game to bring division 3 club to EPL. most of time because my club's stadium didnt meet EPL requirements

meaning that even after u gained promotion u still cant go to the premiership?

btw is there any lower division clubs that is richer?

1 more question.. if a player at a higher division club is unhappy.. will he come to my lower division club?

dude, they need time to 'adapt' wan ler....just like IRL....eg...my super wonderkid keeper akinfeev took more than 3mths for him to settle down & starts to show why he's worth all the $$$ i splashed him for....( a whooping 17m in 2nd season) & he was just under 20yo that time....give 'em sometime...i assume that ur playing EPL team rite??

Kaka's first 5 games 5-6-7-6-5 type of games... Ochoa first game bolos 3 long shots...
