oic , thx u very much happy.gif

for graphical instructions, you can visit here: http://kusakusa.wordpress.com/2008/08/13/h...o-apply-decals/

and oh, don't lose the semi-transparent thin white paper sheet that comes with the dry transfer decals. that'll protect your dry transfer decals from rubbing off on other surfaces.

one of the best way is to tape the whole decals together with the white protective sheet at the back on a cutting mat. later you'll just cut off the decal you want to apply on and leave the rest on the cutting mat

QUOTE(Shiniz @ Jan 17 2012, 11:14 PM)
good for u..losing a bunch to get the ultimate...lulzz..i m still waiting the day i can get my hands on it..xDD..rite now ima dilema between gundam n macross...i wanted to get VF-25...and then..i kinda think i can buy 2 MG with that..with abit added in...
*
"can buy 2 MGs"..? what you're planning to buy? an Armored Messiah or wut? hmm.gif

the "normal" Messiah should only cost about the same price as regular MGs, while Super Messiah is about the same with MG 00 Raiser

I only have one VF-25S Ozma Custom, bought it out of curiosity.. later decided no more Macross kits sweat.gif

i never like normal Hyaku Shiki because of its weird body proportion
*
it's a fairly old kit. even Mk-II v1.0 looks a bit weird. sweat.gif thankfully the Mk-II v2.0 looks waaay better with design hues from their PG counterpart

delta plus owners, just wondering, how is the kit in terms of seam lines and also flash lines?
*
I think MG Delta Plus has more nub marks issue rather than seam lines hmm.gif

really? how so? are the nib marks at very inconvenient palaces or are they just very big?
*
it's not that big, it's just that the nub marks are on some pretty obvious opened up places. even the head part alone have several. gonna be quite a problem with a straight builder like me.. sweat.gif

how about sand it out?

as I mentioned, it's gonna be a problem with straight builders. of course you can sand it out and repaint it to cover the marks doh.gif

i see.. ok.. not that much of a problem then.. i hate seam lines cos it takes quite a long time to cover up. you'd need to wait for cement to cure before proceeding.

for your kit, i suggest using a sharp knife to remove the nubs.. olfas are an extremely good brand to use  nod.gif

any problems with seamline at the rifle?
*
the pics posted was not mine lah laugh.gif took it from the internet just to show the places where the nubmarks can be visible if not trimmed properly. already trimmed mine using a sharp knife , and turned out to be just fine nod.gif

although the rifle for the MG Delta Plus have HG-ish build (two halves snapped together), the seam lines are not that obvious.. icon_idea.gif

A little bit of sanding and polishing compound would bring the shines back. But polishing such small area is a PITA. Just shave it ler... can try Gillette.  biggrin.gif

dude, the pics are not mine. found it internet just to show where nub marks are. I already stated this just before your post doh.gif

I saw the photos and replied before you claimed they are not yours. Oh what the heck, I lazy to edit. You should have stated it on your first post. doh.gif
*
nvm. no harm done. just a little miscommunication there sweat.gif let's get back to the Delta Plus shall we?

speaking of which, Delta Plus have a very weak pair of feet (just the feet. ankles, knees and hips are okay). need to really balance it out to make it stand upright, since the weak feet are unable to support the weight if it's leaning a little bit to the front doh.gif

mehh.. any problems with balance while standing can easily be resolved using a stand. besides, kits like zeta, delta plus all look better when on stand anyways..
*
well that maybe applies to, if not all, most of aerial type mobile suits. besides, they weren't designed to walk and run anyway laugh.gif

mine is okay. was expecting syd (gaijin gunpla) kinda problem..but not really. i can still make it stand easily. but the shoulder part is pretty flimsy. i have yet to transform it though :T
*
so far I only have done one succesful transformation to Waverider mode once. haven't turned it back to MS mode ever since. yet. laugh.gif

not sure about Zeta (haven't assembled yet) but Zeta Plus have some issues with its ankles and joints at the crotch sweat.gif

will sure grab if it's AEUG ver brows.gif

not really.. coz no Freedom PG..
i guess basic MS with normal rifle, bazooka and beam saber are high chances for RG
*
so far the only not-realy-basic MS that got the RG treatment are the Aile Strike & Freedom

i guess they'll release both AEUG or Titans, either together or one after the other like PG

with release of RG Skygrasper i can predict Bandai milking off RG MkII by making RG G-defenser unit  whistling.gif
*
if that's the case they would have done it with the MG v2.0...

yeap. too small to properly see it. but judging from the dimensions of the box, looks like it's the size of most SEED series MGs hmm.gif

Neat Unicorn Stand, very neat....

Some update from GundamGuy Blog
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

This one.... possible image add-on effect only.

Yup, Psycho Frame is clear yellow-orange, but ugly clear in my opinion.
V-fin/horn and Collar still remain plain yellow.
Awkward to see Banshee holding those weapons, because no decal?

This make me think to buy HG Banshee then buy MG Banshee Final Battle Ver.
*
is it just me or that particular Banshee in the pic looks weirdly "long" hmm.gif

QUOTE(Khai62 @ Jan 26 2012, 07:33 PM)
Maybe inside LED lighting  hmm.gif, hope it will change in the next two months and Banshee ver KA certainly look better than this but i pretty sure it hard to get  cry.gif

Also finally finish my FA Unicorn take me 2 days to build but not even started the massive decal/sticker sheet.  sweat.gif
*
2 days for FA Unicorn? shocking.gif are you on it for 24hrs per day or what? sweat.gif

even "basic" MG took me at least 3-4 days.. not to mention those with many parts/accesories whistling.gif

ooh the back-heaviness. unless the cannons are long enough to be its support laugh.gif

judging from the MG Duel prototype, looks like it's using MG Strike's inner frame.. hmm.gif
