btw this morning so danger, i wash my car in front of house, sudd da car roll back,i 5 5 jump in da car n hard brake it.. kns handbrake really not makan de lo.luckily no car at my behind..nd tighten it during 1k service..

My suggestion is to go to their showroom and make havoc for the branch manager la. They should not give you a rat infested car in the first place. You can go to consumer tribunal and file a claim against proton n the branch. Depending on the severity (lucky you have photo evidence), they might even have to give you a new car. You can get in touch of a lawyer friend on how to go about. Your lawyer can tambah gula garam to the case to help you secure a new unit rather than just repair (as we do not know what else the rat did) + the traumatic experience you faced + the health hazard consequences of breathing + inconvenience of not having a car... are a few points lawyer can goreng on.

Do not pay first, you will never get the branch to repay you back as this is not part of their usual accounting practice to pay for customer car damages. They can classify it act of god (pest) and plea ignorance.

on 2nd gear, I felt mivic roar at 4.2k like that.
(just my feeling lah)

if can roar early... more fun to ride around.
