Do tricep dips for problem one. For problem 2 its all about losing fat. If you're still losing weight then continue doing what you're doing now. If fat loss plateaus either reduce your food intake or increase workout intensity

well, bodyrock.tv is a real good routine you can follow. as for tricep dips, rep and set ranges is entirely up to you, do whichever thats comfortable.
i suppose you just need to depend on mirror like what static says. seems like girls need to keep a balance between fat and muscles to look good lol.
