Hi all,

This is my first thread and i've been keeping tracks on my Workout Journal since January 2011.
and just found out there's a thread like this to share your workout journal with and get a proper information to make it right.
Well, i do not know if my ways of workout is correct...
So i'll gonna post it here and hope you guys can correct me.

Height: 168cm
Weight: 56kg
Body Measurement: 36, 27, 36
( January 2011)

Current:
Height: 168cm
Weight: 50kg
Body Measurement: 32, 25, 35
(October, 2011)

Diets:
Morning:- Coffee+ Bread+ Fruits(all kinds of fruit)- Normally my breakfast serves as a "king's meal"
Afternoon:- Follow colleagues ( Less oily, More fiber, Less Carbo.) Sometimes, breakfast is too much...skip lunch.
Dinner:- Soup of the day, Fruits, and Vege. (almost half portion of my lunch)

Workout routine:
All done it after i got home from work.
~ Hardcore~
x200 sit up
x15( 3 sets) push up
at least 2km jogging nearby my house...there's a small hill with side road.

~Less Hardcore~
x100 sit up
x15(3 sets) push up
No jogging

That's it... whistling.gif

So my problems now are:
1) there are muscles at my biceps, but not at the triceps...so my triceps' skin look so flabby, and not tight.
2) got 2 abs below my bra line, and tight muscles below my tummy. Yes...i got flabby tummy...it looks flat but its flabby..not tight...

No more problems other than this.

Within couple of months practising the same routine, i've slim down 6kg...Not massively slim down..but slowly.
So...kinda like that..
Wat's ur advices?

Thoughts. Good job on the progress first of all.

Diet. You need some protein sources like eggs in there. It's all carbs and fruit (Fructose, more carbs). Don't skip lunch, tweak your breakfast smaller if you have to.

Workout routine. If you do it everyday, keep it up.
Why all the situps? And why 200 situps a session? What all those situps are going to do are give you sore abs, not visible abs. You need a workout that works most of your body, not one that is based on the misconception that situps give you visible abs.

You can try www.bodyrock.tv for a more balanced workout routine. A few ladies I know seem to like it. Then you might see some of the flabbiness come off.

Do tricep dips for problem one. For problem 2 its all about losing fat. If you're still losing weight then continue doing what you're doing now. If fat loss plateaus either reduce your food intake or increase workout intensity

First of all, Thanks biggrin.gif

x200 is not done it in a session.
But split into few session...x30 each session. Thus, i dont feel a thing right now...= = no pain, no nothing...just do it coz maintaining.
The workout routine is set as Daily which is fix...either hardcore or less hardcore. But once or twice a week do Yoga moves and Pilates that learn from the youtube.com tongue.gif(its not daily, so i dont include)

Well, tonight i'll view the www.bodyrock.tv biggrin.gif

i cant really eat eggs coz sometime it will make my lips allergy...swollen and etc...Even milk i also less drink will cause me itchy.

Problem one...(SOLVE)- but continues with x15 3 sessions?
Problem two...- I'm not sure if i need to lose weight...as my boobs are getting smaller cry.gif Thus, upper body looks skinny (except the arms), down part like legs are slightly muscles due to jogging...(except my butt...which is flat...so far i have no intention to enhance it...)

I think instead of monitoring weight, use the mirror instead.
Keep at it until you like the person staring back at you.

well, bodyrock.tv is a real good routine you can follow.
as for tricep dips, rep and set ranges is entirely up to you, do whichever thats comfortable.

i suppose you just need to depend on mirror like what static says. seems like girls need to keep a balance between fat and muscles to look good lol.

No advice from me here.. just another "big" guy trying to get "smaller". Good luck in your journey. As static point out, why so many sit ups? use the time for full body workout. Bodyrock.tv is superb at full body workout. I'm a guy but I was inspired to start working out consistently after watching bodyrock.tv on youtube.
