I'm a bit confused here, for my case, they only ask for cc number, the ccv code and card name, and then they did a 1yen test and it bypass, so i assume it should be fine to use it by the time i making full payment.

hi there.. care to share some locations to haul goodies at bargain prices in Jepang? Went there last April and stuffs aren't cheap in places like Akihabara

ok. if u wan buy gundam, go Yodobashi. Price are around same for each branch, but selections at Akihabara is really grand. If u buy >10500 yen, u can claim 5% tax back (so kinda like 5% discount)

if u wan buy figma/revol/nonsense, go those shops with many many floors type one. sometimes cheap, sometimes expensive. There are many of these kinds of shops in akiba. U can enter any one. I went to mandrake as well. Bought my cheerful miku there. haha

yeah i bought some stuff from yodobashi in akiba. Where's the location of mandarake? didn't noticed one in akiba le. i think there's one in Nakano but didn't go there. I actually entered those multi level shops in akiba but stuffs are generally expensive.
