today i've just call to Jaring, the technical support told me that there is some bandwith limitation to each, the reason they do so is to FAIR to other subscriber. Yes, for BT and those P2P still workable in Jaring, but you won't get a full or hig speed in downlaod. because they have use a "special" software to control each subscriber bandwidth usages....
