To all the experts out there, i got a headache here,

i'm going active with these gadgets but seems like the crossover part is not so easy as it seems

my gear:

-build in crossover

How to set the cross over level for mid and tweeter in the HU?

MID's Frequency? Level? Slope?
Tweeter's Frequency? Level? Slope?

how are the speakers connected to the amp? are u still using passive or direct?

have you flip the switch for 3-way network on the HU body?

i wan to go active, but i dun dare to flip the switch first, coz i dono how to adjust the slope thingy...

For a start, plz let the experts handle ur setting.. One wrong setting and u can kiss ur tweeters bye bye.... In the mean time go learn up on high pass, low pass, freq and slope and how they work

do u have enough amplifier channels to play active?
