Finally the Starbucks Card Rewards page has been updated.
But I don't see the Birthday Reward. Does it appear on the Birthday month itself ?

Their Starbucks CS is very friendly... a call would be the fastest way to resolve your info.
Did you keep all your receipts ?
Did you buy any bottled drinks ? These don't count.
Did you purchase the drinks seperately ?

I do notice your transactions seem to be aggretated as follows to get 4 beverages purchased

Maybe it's the particular outlet which cause the purchased drinks not being updated. So far the Starbucks I went to, such as 1U, CentrePoint, The Gardens, Subang Parade, has no issues.
