This month, Jan, is the birthday month I registered with Starbucks card (also my real birthday month). 40 mins ago I bought a tall caramel frap from the standard menu. Until now my beverage tracker isn't updated at all; still stuck at the previous number. Also, can't see my free cake slice.

Is it because I did partial payment? I only got 3rm balance left, so I used all and paid the rest with my credit card. The Starbucks card has 0 balance now.

Is the tracker always so buggy? It's my first few times using the card and I already don't have good experience with it.

try again later,after 2 hrs

special outlet opening seems to give free cards and no fee charged at all. usually i'll do some CSR(corporate social responsibility) to other customers when they pay drinks by cash to get the card instead then i'll tell the starbucks staff off why never promote the cards to new or unaware customers biggrin.gif

If it doesn't get updated by tomorrow, please call Starbucks Customer Care for "manual" addition.

not promote for starbucks but for customer who buy drinks with cash and didn't know about the free drinks . just like a person spend 30+ for 2 drinks can just buy card worth 30 and pay balance by cash if no plans to keep the card and still get a drink free later smile.gif

And yes, need RM 50 to get that card... Now, I'm in dilemma, after reading all post in this topic, need to register my new card to existing account or create separate account. rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

Ok... it's still not updated now. I'll check tomorrow and call if it's still the same.

I remember reading that the manual addition only lasts 1 week instead of the whole of birthday month? I may be mistaken, but I remember reading it on this thread before.

Ya, no charge for the card. I got one normal green card and two Christmas cards. Besides, starbucks already make money from us when we prepaid in advance with intention to buy their stuff.
