Usually for storage heater, How much is cost to do the hot water piping just for 1 bathroom. basically its only for the shower and basin. the tank will be located on top of the bathroom plaster. Apartment.
*
Depending on the hot water piping you choose (copper, buteline, stainless steel or PPR) it ranges from RM 700 to RM 1,000 per point.

Heated water tank will maintain temperature of 70-85°C.
If full heat, such temperature can boil our skin already.
By mixing it to cold water, assuming to get 36°C of warm water for bath with cold water at 30°C, the ratio will be 20% hot water + 80% cold water. It will be enough for 2 hours of bath.
*
It is almost impossible to empty a 25L of storage tank heated water as the outlet piping is like 3/4 of the way up on tank.
One will be able to slowly feel the premix temperature is slowly dropping after a continuous 8-10mins shower.
The bigger the tank say 35L or 45L, the continuous premix temperature is maintained longer.

Yes but instant have its own problem. During rainy day you won't get good warm water if flow rate are high.

All heated water system (instant, storage, solar and heat pump) has its pros and cons.
No one shoe fits all.

Instant- Easiest to install and usually for single point use, lowest cost 45C max
Storage- Easy to install and can be multipoint use, needs hot cold plumbing, best choice for condo, mid cost 70-85C max
Solar- landed properties only, needs hot cold plumbing, high initial cost but low energy bill, multipoint use 80-98C max
Heat-pump- commercial use, very low energy bill but high investment cost, multipoint use 60C max

My place the setting is 80°C sweat.gif
That's why if using heated tank, no need to bother much on water will be cold or not(keep electric bill behind on this) laugh.gif

With 20/80 of the ratio I said, it can last for 1-2 hours.

Yes, it depends on the user as well as some like to take luke warm (33-35C) water while some like (36-39C).
The inlet water temperature also plays an important role.
