Better temperature with Casing side panel opened?, Yes or No?

Well it depends what type of case you using. Where the exhaust and intake fans are located. But normally if you open the Side Panel, the air from the intake fan is sucked out. And you might need to face with dust clots your Heat Sink Fans for your CPU and GPU.  Nowadays, casing cooling method.
