QUOTE(adrianjc @ May 7 2012, 12:53 PM) Should be ok... but take the height not from your ceiling but from the height of your beams. Usually try to make plaster ceiling as flat as possible. looks like 9.5ft height is quite common. For mine, height from the bottom of the ceiling beam was only about 8.5ft. Certain areas is designed so i get the full height of my ceiling but others are camouflaged by designing of lightboxes so the ceiling doesn't look too low and flat. Added on May 7, 2012, 12:55 pm Suffice to say it cost me a bomb. I guess the main problem with my living room is 10ft wide, so 9.5ft still looks small. and the paint is in red on wall and white at ceiling, it seems narrow the space. i guess i will extend my house to fit the 21/22 ft and park the car side by side instead of front/back. QUOTE(adrianjc @ May 7 2012, 04:16 PM) Will take a better picture of my living room area for you to show an option of fully utilizing your roof height. k thxI did one section of the living room area with the roof height at the original ceiling height in order to make the entrance feel bigger. Will post the pictures up tomorrow. |
