Design is planned between myself and a friend. No rendered drawings just the technical stuff that was sent for approval.

Hahahaha... unfortunately no... had to get an architect for that. We drew rough plans... he measured the site before and indicated the changes that would happen after as it has to be colour coded for council submission and provided the technical specifications for some of the load transfer work that was done.

If i drew the plans for submission the kakak at the council office would probably smile and say... "Dik... yang ni arkitek kena lukis... tapi adik punya saya gatung kat dinding belakang ni kerana warna-warni"
