Very nice design u hv there. Just curious, your wet and dry kitchen top, are they both concrete top with granite tiles ??
For wet kitchen, usually we use concrete with normal 2x2 tiles, and dry kitchen, normally KC will ask to put granite but without concrete...am confused now...

My house also in the midst of renovating, still not yet decide whether to make the dry kitchen concrete as well as the wet kitchen. Am sure it will be more costly as it is concrete, but granite tiles is more cheaper than the granite top i suppose, I was quoted ard rm190 per/fr for granite. If without processing is rm38 per/sf. Wonder which is cheaper??
