QUOTE(MPK @ Dec 30 2011, 11:46 AM) Totally agreed. Apparently US currency is appreciated strongly and euro financial crisis..etc that trigger this gold price dropping and waiting for the right timing to go in and buy.....situation still unclear and uncertain now which doesn't really make sense... the economy is recovering, but at a very very slow pace.... they're printing money like nobody's business.... how can it's currency still gain value? I think the gain in USD is very short term... |

It'll all depend on what happens to Europe next year. All those policies from 2011 will take effect in the coming year so it's best to just take a wait-and-see approach.
Just don't follow any advice from CNBC, except Suzy Orman |

FD is not an investment and shouldn't be treated as an investment instrument. It's a saving; time deposit.
Don't get confused! |

I dun believe in stocks anyway. hi...i think you should consider investing in silver also.because apart from gold, silver is the 2nd precious metal that we should be investing.plus..silver is more..more cheaper than gold.read this report. http://silverprice.org/silver-price-history.html you can see history of silver price in 6 months,1 year,2 year.5 year and etc2. you could find silver as investment forum at LYN also. Thanks. http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2053178 this link will give you a reason to consider silver apart from gold also http://www.rahsiaemasdanperak.com/jomniaga.html This post has been edited by hit47: Dec 31 2011, 02:42 PM |
