Hi all sifu, wanted to ask about my situation, can i get labour law to involved in anyway to get compesation etc.
a. Offer Letter, Appoitment Letter & Confirmation Letter no given to me during my services, all salary credited month no problem, but these letter no given to me during my service for 9month
b. Bonus, promised that bonus will be given twice a year (1month divided to twice), after my confirmation then they said 1st 9month not entitle, meaning if i work 1 year only can get half month. Worst part is the bonus calculation is not fully given the 1month, will deduct 20% because saying that employee impossble can perform 100% so based on 80% efficiency calculation!
I felt cheated & scam to join this company because of those promises and the commitment ive put in during my services even came to support during weekend on Sunday. Need advice here. Thanks
