Many of the ex-workers failed to get their unpaid salary after they tender their resignation. Even if they did paid, it would be at a much later date n they will pay u in a lesser amount.
1 of the popular reason they refuse to pay: The workers join another tinting company which give them a better offer!
Even if the workers went all the way to file a complaint at labour office, they just dun give a damn.. They would use every possible excuses to withhold the salary n even lie to the labour officer to make the ex-workers suffer.

Brings back memories of working with IMS (Inter-Exhibitions Management & Services Sdn Bhd) of PJ. Those planning to apply this company please be wary! In addition to happenings not unlike the scenario above workers are generally not given any job offer letter. Forget about getting salary slips, EPF benefits and so on.
