You have to check back your initial letter of appointment. What does it say? Usually there is a clause for either you or the employer to terminate the contract/employment based on X month of notice provided. Usually range from 1-3 months. If its in the agreement or letter of appointment. Even if you do not sign the lower wages, they will eventually issue notice of termination with the stipulated time given.
